the liheap is diff, call your dpa office they can tell you. the dpa office in somerset county, has a phone line they put the info on it. the way it said was if you got help before feb 2 they would give you 100.00, but if you did not get the help before feb 2 2010 you did not get the money. i know that somerset county did not get as much money as other county's did in nov 09. just like the food banks in somerset county, you are to get 70 lbs ( that is how they do it ) of food, ppl in someset county was getting 7. so the gov put more money in the food banks. but call your off dpa office and look into the hlp >>>debbi brantSubject: Re: in my mail todayTo: MSersLife Date: Thursday, January 28, 2010, 1:21 PM

I got the same notice. So they are taking $5 away...then I got that they are raising my food stamps by $2....I got liheap, already got the check, didn't get anything about $100, though, is that something separate? I could sure use it... ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ -- in my mail today hi all, will in the mail to day, was a note form the ss office. is said if you get the ssp ( ssi for pa )your 26.00 will now be 22.00, now i do not get the ssi i get ssd. but i do know ppl that get it debbie h (cos ) so i called her and she got the same thing. she just got hers today also. and the start date for all of this is FEB 1 2010.....did they even have time to sent every one a note? i do not know if this is in every state or not all i know is about Pa. herb's mom got the same thing in the mail. on the other hand the liehep ( dpa office ) said that if you got help before Feb 2 they will give you 100.00 ( i do not get this ) but i had debbie h ( cos) call. she will get it. will that was in the mail, i hope your mail is better then mine ....peace to you all >>>debbi brant
