Guest guest
Just tried the half pill at 8 am, then woke up at 10 am with the pressure headache, took another 1/2 at 11 am plus Motrin. Felt better yesterday when I took the whole pill in am. So I think I'll go back to one whole pill in morning, and maybe one in early evening if necessary. Just when I get this right I should be taken off everything in prep for RAI. Since all this started, I've come across about 30 people (friends of friends, friends of relatives, so on) who have gone or are going through this. I will definitely be going back and asking if they've been to this site, cause it helps more and more with each email I read. Anyone know of a local support group here in the Tampa Bay area? That may be my calling for the near future. Take care, be well. Madonna Cytomel .... Re: Re: Memory and other side effects? Thanks, , for mentioning the timing better than my brain was :-). I actually take my second pill at 4 (well, in Seattle this time of year that LOOKS like night :-)). Madonna, don't kick yourself for not asking the right questions - you can't have known them! One of the things most of us find the most frustrating about dealing with thyca is getting good info, and it's the reason that this group is SO beneficial - I honestly don't know how people can get through this without it! Learning things here helped me know what to ask. A lot of doctors just aren't familiar enough with thyca, and the protocols vary a bit even with those who are. Some just don't realize what info we need or want. If everyone on this group would give their doctors info about the Thyca.org site and this group, it could go a way toward helping others get plugged in here early in their treatment.
