,

I looked fricken scary right after explant. Small, flat, puckered and covered with stitches. I tried to avoid looking at my breasts too much-- it hurt my eyes. Over time I fluffed and smoothed out, and now I look great! Melmed says that the breast tissue gets compacted from the weight of the implants and takes a while to expand again.

It took me several months to achieve my final result. I am a cup size bigger than I was before implants, even though I weigh less-- go figure. There are other women who have had a similiar size increase.

Don't worry! They will look weird for a while, but you will notice improvement as time passes. You are definitely not going to look like you do now when all is said and done.

Bindi,

I guess the tissue being compacted makes alot of sense. I was DD so I

guess thats why I look like I have two flappy pancakes on my chest at

the moment. LOL maybe soon they will be muffins instead. I was a

saggy C before implants so if i become a fluffy C later I will be

more than happy. Tomo drains come ok (thank you lord) and tues

stitches and I'm free to go home. Thanks so much for the reply. I'm

feeling better and better the more I read from all of you.

Hugs,
