Guest guest
I have a suggestion....eat slower, don't eat the skins, and no drinking with it! Dawn Re: I'm hungry a lot Hi Peg! I get hungry about every 2 hours. I don't eat much when I do eat so I figured that is why I get hungry more often. I have my days where I have to MAKE myself eat and other days it just comes naturally! On another note to anyone...The last couple of days I have been throwing up after eating meats or like last night I threw up on a baked potato. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I am doing wrong? Eating to fast? This is really starting to be a pain in the arse if ya know what I mean. I NEEEEEEEEED to get some protein in me without yacking it back up! Let me know if ya'll have any suggestions.
