Hi Patty,

I've been fasting every Thursday and have noticed that my Fridays are

much better when I do it...my neck and head aren't so heavy and stiff

and the brain clarity is better for a couple days. Fasting though is

hard on me in that I get dizzy and very drunk-like to the point I have

been fasting until 2:00 p.m. and then have juice or soup so that I can

pick up the kids safely. I just stopped my fast and my only symptoms

today were racing heart, anxiety and headache...but I could see

perfectly clear...a milestone for me!!

My question is, do you think fasting this way is going to be effective

enough or do you think I need to really try to stick it out for

longer? I guess I'm just asking what you've read or heard about

partial fasts because I haven't found much about it. Did you ever

fast for just part of the day? During those final two years of

recovery, how often did you fast? Love, PH
