Guest guest
Joyce, Do not even think about getting exercise if it causes you to become bedridden. That's your adrenal glands shouting that they are exhausted. It's very important that you treat your body with TLC as you allow your endocrine system the chance to recover. Sunshine is helpful and gentle walking should be all that you need concern yourself with. Get outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine and take a little walk. Build up when you feel you are able. You CAN recover, that is the good news! Just take it one day at a time and have faith. Stay encouraged. Believe in your body's ability to get better. I am so glad you are here with us! Stay near and we will be here to help you as you get better. Hugs, Patty > > Ok, Thank you that is helpful.
