Thank you for sharing your experiences. I was on the pill for only one

month when I was 22 and stopped due to irritability and such. I have been

contemplating trying it again, but I am not sure what to expect.

Hi Mel,

As an alternative, I used the good old fashioned diaphram for more than 20

years. The only time it didn't work was when I didn't use it :) My reasons

for this are that *I* controled what was in my body, no foreign objects left

permanently, and no pills adding to my hormone levels. So if you are

looking into a more natural viable birth control method, this worked for me.

years. The only time it didn't work was when I didn't use it :) My reasons

for this are that *I* controled what was in my body, no foreign objects left

permanently, and no pills adding to my hormone levels. So if you are

looking into a more natural viable birth control method, this worked for me.
