HI PH,

He is our Joy, isn't he?

I hope you are still seeing great improvements...did you have a rough

morning, struggling with some symptoms?

I have to be diligent to carve out that time for my soul to fly away

to be with God. Otherwise my life is utterly crazy! We opened our

4th store in March and it feels like 10 shops, not 4.

I have no symptoms, even with all of this stress. I'm amazed. My

parents are here visiting this month as well, and then on May 3rd, my

2nd son comes home from Japan to train for his tour in Iraq. Oh, how

I wish he wasn't going....I cry every time I think of him leaving.

I'll be on my knees every day that he is gone.

PH, what is your daily routine like? Looking back can you see that

you've come a long way, or has your progress been slow?

I'm praying for definite healing for you! (And everyone!)

Hugs,

Patty

Hi Patty,

Yes, without a doubt He is our Joy...something I previously didn't

realize to the depths I do now. What a wonderful gift I am being

given through this hardship.

Yes, I had a rough morning. I'm chelating again and just increased

my ALA and now I'm experiencing that cold, empty feeling behind my

eye. It's the oddest, scariest feeling...like I can see but it

doesn't feel the least bit normal at all...hard to describe but it

feels like a brain infection or brain damage. I'm sure it's just

the mercury moving around but it scares me because it seemed like it

took forever to get it to go away and now it's back! At least I

know it has the potential to leave again.

Wow, four stores!! I don't know how you do it! It makes me so

happy and encouraged to hear your story and to know that your body

and mind handles the stress well. You are truly healed. That's how

I am going to be, I just know it. Thanks for giving me evidence

that it can be done!

Well, my daily routine is slightly different and it's good that

you've asked because it makes me realize that I have improved more

than I'm sometimes aware. I no longer spend all day in bed (did

that for almost 10 months!). My calendar is filled with social

activities rather than drs appointments...no where near as social as

I used to be but I went for a bike ride this weekend, met friends

for Dim Sum, and am taking a yoga class with a friend. I also spend

a great deal of time on the phone with friends again. Some of mine

distanced themselves, as did I, and I'm feeling well enough to

reconnect and talk about things other than illness!

Other improvements I've noticed are that I am dreaming more (had an

awesome dream about Clynn last night!). I am also thinking more

about things I need to do rather than my symtpoms 24/7. My brain is

starting to behave more like it used to...big step considering I

practically had to relearn how to iron and wash my hands! I have

actually experienced a few moments of complete clarity...only lasts

for 30 seconds but it's an improvement! I used to have such a hard

time listening to others speak and even just holding up my head but

I've noticed that it's diminished some. My body has more energy...I

bike and walk 3-5 miles 2 or 3 times a week. Considering I avoided

my stairs for so many months because I was too weak to climb them

shows I've come a long way!! I just want my brain and eyes to feel

normal and I'm healed! To me, I feel this progress is from the diet

and detox...slow but definite improvement.

I'm sorry your son is leaving for Iraq. I know that's got to be

hard, but as you know too, God will take care of him and you. Your

faith will get you through all rough patches...thanks for teaching

me that. Love, PH
