Guest guest
Oh Lordy! If he has, heaven help me. Knowing my luck it's possible. But I am hoping that at 2 years old he has a way to go before picking up some of Daddy's habits. Of course, everytime Christompher does something that is unmentionable I say he gets that part from his father. I have to mention this: One day my dh was bathing . Well, got out of the bath and escaped from my husband buck naked. Mark let him run around that way and said " Oh, isn't he so cute? " Well, let me tell you, he did not think it was so cute anymore when went over to Daddy's good dress shoes and proceeded to pee straight into them. In fact, he has very good aim for a 2 year old who is not potty trained. LOL Stacey [ ] gas Stacey, Are you sure it isn't that is just reaching the next developmental stage and is now becoming " older " .....you know, like father, like son? LOL! Guest guest
However, I am also fairly certain that I have Candida problems, which are contributing to the symptoms if not causing them totally. The doctors refuse to acknowledge the existence of Candida problems, of course. Becky, Eat some fresh pressed garlic everyday either in a veggie juice or on a salad. It kills candida. It's a natural antibiotic, too, and Dr. Cabot says that anyone who eats 4 to 6 a day for 4 weeks and it can rid you of many parasites. Guest guest
Becky, Your symptoms sound almost exactly like mine. I have no pain at all, but after eight years of these severe burping attacks, and since the last round caused my body to go into a three day physiological anxiety disorder, the doctors finally did an ultrasound of my gallbladder and found a large stone in it. They are convinced it is the cause of the symptoms and want me to have my gallbladder out. However, I am also fairly certain that I have Candida problems, which are contributing to the symptoms if not causing them totally. The doctors refuse to acknowledge the existence of Candida problems, of course. So I am not interested in having my gallbladder out, just to have most or all of the symptoms show up again afterwards and then have the doctors say " oh gee, I guess we were wrong, it wasn't your gallbladder " . My goal is to keep the Candida under control with diet and supplements and to do what I can for my liver and gallbladder with flushes, etc. The rest is up to God! I have a tremendous sense of pressure and bloating and as long as I can keep burping it seems I can tolerate it to a point. However I continue to feel if I have one giant burp then everything will be much better. The only food I have been able to tolerate the past 3 days is yogurt and green tea, everything else makes it worse. Does this sound like Gallbladder? Maybe I have something else? Mine must not have been quite as bad as yours, although I almost died from taking Bactrim as a low-dose antibiotic that the doctor prescribed for me. Ooh! that was scary, indeed. I had been pumped full of antibiotics in the hospital for a kidney infection, then for maintenance when I got out (from the hospital I worked in), I almost died from one pill of Bactrim. Guest guest
Hi Colleen, I have had terrible burping for years. I take pancreatic enzymes and when I do, the burping disappears all togehter. It appears, in my case, the buriping is due to indigestion. Could this be related to gallstones at all ? ----- Original Message ----- From: " Tony Kessler " <tcjak86@...> <gallstones > Sent: Wednesday, July 24, 2002 3:44 PM Subject: Re: gas > Becky, > > Your symptoms sound almost exactly like mine. Guest guest
Susie, actually I'm the one with the yeast problems, not Becky. I have taken garlic off and on. I am taking raw garlic again right now. I will try the dose that you mention. Becky, I have only done 3 flushes so far. It sometimes takes several flushes to get a large stone out. I have passed mostly the small soft green " stones " and a couple of the dark liver " stones " . I am doing Chang's program right now and will start on the Gold Coin Grass soon. So hopefully that will start to erode the stone. I also plan on trying Chanca Piedra in the future. My chiropractor has suggested that I try that supplement. It has been said that thousands of people have done these flushes and there has not been a report of a stone getting stuck. I was worried that might happen to me on my first flush too, but it didn't. Regarding your question about Candida, it is a natural yeast in the digestive system. Unfortunately, if you fall prey to an overgrowth of it (my problems really began after doctors overdosed me on antibiotics after my first child was born), you can have all manner of problems affecting various parts of your body. , thank you for the tip on the pancreatic enzymes. I have started taking Wobenzym N. It has 300 mg of Pancreatin in it. I assume that is a pancreatic enzyme. Do you think that would be enough? As for indigestion being a symptom of gallbladder problems, it definitely could be. My best friend is an RN with 15 years hospital experience (she also had her gallbladder out about 20 years ago) and she told me that a dysfunctioning gallbladder can cause all sorts of digestive problems like mine, even though there is no pain involved. Unfortunately she is not very supportive regarding my natural approach and would like to see me have the surgery <sigh>. Guest guest
Becky, Sometimes after an attack, I will be bloated and have pressure for weeks. I describe it as feeling like I have a balloon blown up in my side. Not painful, but uncomfortable and even worse when I walk. I have been doing the liver cleansing diet from Dr. Cabot and taking the Livatone and Livatone Plus for just over a week now. I am feeling better and this it the longest I've gone without an attack since the end of March. I was having them about a week apart. The balloon feeling I had in my side is gone and I seem to have more energy. His didn't get stuck in the duck...but an experiment in trying to get it to pass in a flush nearly ruptured his GB. He never was able to get his to pass and gave up on it after a while. Guest guest
YES finally someone that understands. That is exactly it. Like if I took a pin and popped it, then it would go away. I often feel that when the pressure subsides is when the " bubble " has receded ;-) Today is one of the first days in about 6 mths that I have felt no pressure at all. I feel wonderful today. I am more determined now to do the flushes in order to try and keep this feeling. regards, Becky http://www.myshelties.com At 10:51 PM 07/24/2002 -0700, you wrote: >Becky, >Sometimes after an attack, I will be bloated and have pressure for weeks. >I describe it as feeling like I have a balloon blown up in my side. Guest guest
Hi Colleen, i take 800mg at each meal which is 2 capsules. The instructions say to take 1-3 with each meal. ----- Original Message ----- From: " Tony Kessler " <tcjak86@...> <gallstones > Sent: Wednesday, July 24, 2002 7:55 PM Subject: Re: gas > Susie, actually I'm the one with the yeast problems, not Becky. Guest guest
I have to agree with you on this one! I walk to the store as much as possible, and drive a Geo Tracker, which is basically a lawm mower with seats and a shell! =D My husband has a Chevy Suburban, but only uses it for hauling items. He does kitchen remodels and needs it haul cabinets and such. On the other days he drives a Geo Prism. I hate to say it, but people in this country are spoiled and lazy. And we wonder why so many people in America are overweight? Have a blessed day!
