Guest guest Posted March 8, 2008 Report Share Posted March 8, 2008 Patty and Ph, I ordered the glycine to help remove mercury along with the Captomer and my ?? is what do I take before going to the dentist if anything to get these fillings out. I am getting porcelain fillings put back in and do I take vitamins and Vit. C before hand or is that afterwards? I found a dentist about a hour away who uses a dental dam and believes mercury harms you but he dont have anything for chelation or a protocol on the vitamins I should be taking? Patty you told Lynn to take Vit.C every hour is that after the dentist? And you told her to take Captomer is that with the mercury fillings in still that she can do that?
