Congrats on the great head improvement. You'll have to post

pictures. Hopefully, your son continues to have great growth spurts.

Dede,

I was shocked and proud of myself. I thought it would give hope who

are sick and have to work. It has been hard but it can be done. I

did most of it stress free too. I did what I could and left it at

that.

God has blessed me.

Love you too! Lynn

Hi CLynn,

I'm doing so much better than before explant. I have alot of good days for which I am so very grateful. But I tend to overdo and then pay the price and have some bad days. I'm just trying to learn how to pace myself and that is very hard for me. My main symptoms are fatigue and weakness but I no longer feel toxic. I've had a big improvement in just 8 weeks. When I get frustrated with the fatigue I have to stop and remember that Sept. through Feb. I was bedridden and felt disabled and thought I was literally going to die. Then I am grateful for the progress and try to stop feeling so frustrated. I still get the cough when I am active, talking alot or if I'm overtired. I get a little nervous about the cough hanging

on. I'm trying to detox so I hope the cough will go away.

Hopefully we'll all have a very good year making great strides in improving our health.

You take care!

Love,

a

a,

You have the right mind set. In the beginning, I did the same as

you. I would get frustrated and then remembered the improvement.

I actually still do that to this day. 1 year after explant strange

symptoms creep up and the anxiety flows in and then I have to stop

and remind myself.

I will pray the cough passes soon.
