Detoxing

I was interested i learning more about this detoxing Candida program.

I found the Harmony Formula website and i was curious if this can have

any negative effects? I have a pretty good idea of what the purpose of

this is but could someone please give me a quick summary how it works.

Do i need to do anything besides take the pills and watch my diet? I

apologize Im sure you have been asked this a million times but i

couldn't seem to find anything in detail in previous posts and i get

nervous taking things if Im not sure what they are.
