Guest guest
Hi Cherie- I am so sorry to hear that you aren't feeling much better after explant, how frustrating! Before I forget, I emailed you personally the other day. I don't know if you got my email or not. Are you at the address? If not, you might not have gotten my email. Anyway, we have a new member on the forum, her name is a. She is interested in explant with Dr. Huang. CLynn and I both gave our experience with Dr.Huang but a is also interested in a lift. Since neither CLynn and I had experience with lift with Dr.Huang we couldn't give her much info, but I thought about you because I know you had a lift. Anyway, maybe you and a can " hook-up " and you can answer her questions??? Yes, I'd say I am feeling better then I did 3 months ago before explant. I'm not sure what I am doing differently that I can give you advice on, but I am definitely taking the detox stuff pretty lightly. Mostly just supporting my bowels, kidneys and skin for detox. I got my digestive system back in order with caprylic acid, saccharomycin DF and intestamine, so I have a bowel movement everyday (which def. wasn't happening before explant.) Then, I drink over 100 ounces a water a day (yes, I pee a lot but that is good!) Then, I skin brush and sit in the sauna to promote sweating and detox through my skin. I'm also doing the foot bath once a week. In addition to that I take a liver gi detox (2, twice a day,) a vitamin packet twice a day, phosphorus (30 c) and a green drink (antioxidant) every other day. Other then that, I'm just trying to keep my stress level down, get as much sleep as I possibly can and stick to the diet (very low sugar, no wheat, no dairy.) I still have plenty of fatigue and have to make sure and get plenty of sleep, or I am a serious walking zombie. OH! I almost forgot I take the siberian euthero twice a day too (thanks to you!) You are right, it does help with fatigue. My advice would just be to stick with it! It sounds like everyone is so different in their healing time, and patience seems to be the best thing we can have right now. Most of my weird achiness is gone, though sometimes if I'm not careful, it does creep back up. I just hope that one day, I am able to get through a whole day without feeling fatigued and achy once through the day! I know I will get there and so will you!!!! Try not to get too down and frustrated because there are plenty of ladies that understand and know where you are at. So, don't feel like you can't post if you don't have anything good to report! We are all here for you and will support you through the good AND the bad! How is the new business going? I hope good!
