I can tell you also that the results showed I was allergic (IgG response) to chocolate, of all things!!!! It made sense because chocolate really seemed to make me loopy back then. But I was still shocked. I had never been allergic to chocolate in my life. Anyway, I avoided it for a year. I was a good girl because I wanted to eat my chocolate again someday! The funny thing was that after a year of avoiding chocolate, I found I didn't even care about it anymore. To this day, chocolate does not hold the attraction to me that it used to. And that is a good thing! Yes, Sue, I think you are taking a step in the right direction. This should help immensely with your dizziness! I think you will be amazed at how good you can feel if you avoid those foods. You can do it!
