I agree with , and actually the article did state " If

possible " . I guess it depends on how much you have in the way of

fillings. If you have a mouthful of old ones, maybe do some work

first. If you only have a few, you could get by with it. Just my 2

cents.

Lynn, how are you feeling since your amalgam removal?
