Ho'pono pono, Forgiveness andTransformation & for you... and for Kenya

Dear HH Family,

I rarely read the news, as I find it isn't good for me. Yet, today,

I was, for some reason, drawn to read about what's going on in

Kenya. Reading the article, I felt sick to my stomach and deeply

sad.

I am resolving to do prayer and forgiveness work (Ho' Pono Pono)on

this and I invite prayer, Reiki, visualization of peace and

brotherhood and for other HH folks to do Ho'Pono Pono.This is a

Hawaiian Huna practice, which I have been doing for a few years now,

and which I find very powerful and effective.

It is based on the idea that we create our life and our world.

Not only our personal life, but anything that comes into our

awareness: what we see, read out, hear of etc.

You talk to the part of yourself that created this story, that

dreamed this dream. Your intention is to erase the sad or scary

dream so that the natural state of peace outflows.

You say to that part of you these few simple statements:

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

It works, even if it doesn't make sense to you and you don't believe

it. Try it on your own sad stories you tell yourself, to dissolve

hurts and resentments, to improve relationships. Rememember that it

is your own inner dreamer that you are changing. You are not

controlling the other.

This is a fabulous time to do Ho'Pono Pono, as Mercury goes retro

and our old stuff comes up to the surface to be healed.

And please, take a moment to dream a different drteam about Kenya.

Because even if you didn't know there is strife there before, you do

now! So, it's in your dream now, too. And you have the power to

alter your dream.
