No, no news, and will only get a prelim on monday.....

They scanned me from my head to my knees. There

are things that were said that are making me a bit nervous,

like so many nodes, it is worrysome, and possibility of

metastisize, and the nurse didnt know how to mark my request,

diagnose or staging......anyway, I am trying to not be nervous.

I can hardly think actually, so I am filling my mind space with lots

of TV.

I am glad they scanned it all. Did you have your pet scan

yet ? Any word ? You are in my thoughts and prayers girl.

Hello Dede,

Getting tests like that are so nerve racking! You know that the tech

knows what is normal and what isn't but they can't say a word. I

could tell there was something wrong with my ovary and so could the

lady doing the ultrasound but she couldn't tell me anything. It is

scary and I am sorry. I will pray you have good news.

The doctors haven't said anything about a PET Scan with me. I meet

with a surgeon on the 24th. I guess I have hope because they don't

think it is bad enough to get me in any sooner. I do think I will

need surgery though. Ugh! I hate being put under, I don't do well

with anesthesia.

I am watching TV too. It is super windy here, I just hate hate hate

wind. I haven't been feeling all that great, but tomorrow is a new

day.

Hope you both come out well with your tests. Praying for you.

I have the worst cold, so am trying to avoid the wind today. The

last thing I need is a cold just at the time my white blood counts go down.

I have appointments Mon, Tues., Wed, and then fly out for the wedding

on Thurs. Hope this cold is gone by Wed. Hate to fly with a

cold. I am sure I will have to wear a mask on the plane because of

the white blood counts and the cold I now have.

We sure have a lot of women with big health issues on the group these days.

Oh dear! I am so sorry. I will pray that the oncologist has good

news for you. When do you see the oncologist?

I am feeling the same. Hanging in there. My week was busy busy as

usual, I would really like a vacation. I see the ob/gyn this Friday

regarding the mass. I am trying to stay positive.
