Guest guest
Sandy, There are many natural supplements to lower your cholesterol without taking a statin that damages your liver. Try policosanol, garlic and other supplements. I absolutely refuse to take statin drugs. Guest guest
Sandy, 200 is a bit high, but not high enough to be taking medication for it. If you'll use coconut oil for cooking and olive oil for about everything else (avoid those processed foods) and do the foot baths, your cholesterol should come down on it's own. Mine dropped almost 30 points since I started doing foot baths. . . I was amazed! . . . It had been a bit over 200 for as long as I can remember.
