I have lost many friends and family being sick this long but you girls have never left me. I will always be here for you. SANDY............... My gas was every 2 seconds with candidasis about 2 years ago. My boys and their friends were laughing at me and decided to light a lighter when I was deathy sick on the bed and lite the lighter under my butt. The whole mattress caught on fire and caught the friends shirt on fire that lite the lighter. I had to buy a new comforter for the bed. But it look like a explosive went off in my room, they had to carry me out of there. It wasn't funny at the time when I was sick but looking back at it now it sure was. lolololol So true dont have anyone do that to you while detoxing gas...Highly explosive....Danger Keep Out.... Buy 3 bottles of magnesium Citrate Lemon flavor 1 bag of Organic Grapefruit ...need juicer to juice this 1bottle of organic olive oil Here is your schedule: Take No pills this day plan on resting the next day. Eat up to 2:00 lightly but dont eat or drink after 2:00 because it will make you feel sick. Yuck. Breakfast organic oatmeal plain Lunch salad no dressing only little lemon juice and applecider vinegar. I eat the salad plain Have a baked potatoe ( no butter or milk) Have all the apples you want and fresh squeezed apples to drink. But no eaty or drinky after 2:00 6:00 Drink 3/4 cups of magnesium Citrate 8:00 Drink 3/4 cups of magnesium Citrate 10:00 Juice 3/4 cup of grapefruit and Mix 1/2cup of Olive oil Time for bed Lay down on your back with Head propt up on 2 pillows Try to lie still for 20 minutes ............this is the hardest part you will pressure on your liver.
