I think it is wonderful for you to be able to have a smoke with a margarita every once in awhile, and not pick it back up full time. I couldnt do it. If I were to smoke one, it would be all over ! LOLOLOL...... I would be suckin those cigs full time again. I can be around it, and it bothers me, like an allergy, but at the same time, my mouth still waters for one, lol........but I dont have that deep yearning for one, so that is good, but I think it is because I mind-*%# myself out of wanting one, and I tell myself how proud I am for not.... I still have the chest pressure and am having a horrible time sleeping at night but i think the fact that i know this will all be over in a couple of weeks helps a lot, the fact that my chest is going to look like my 3 year old sons does not help..lol. The mind has an amzing effect on the body when it gets worked up. I think mentally i was doing more damage mentally then what was physiclly going on but now i am questioning if i am doing the right thing or if it was all in my mind. I know the real answer but i cant help to question every now and then. Are you still planning to see Dr. Huang in a few months and i meant to ask you, i saw where you have to get cardiac clearance. Yeh you are beautiful and you look like your 18 again. You energetic little thing. I think that covers it all. I stopped looking at all the flaws and started looking at what God made me. I love my slender chest it is soft and beautiful and all mine... I love myself, I feel so good, sit up streight and breath in slowly, in your nose and out your mouth..... it feels so good to be slender chested , and the weight has lifted off my neck and shoulders, and I feel so good..... I look beautiful in every thing I wear, and everything I dont wear.... I am beautiful, I love my natural body, it is perfect.....and feels so good..... sit up streight, and breathe.....in thru your nose and out your mouth....... Thank you God...
