I havent had bread in a couple of years I forget what it taste like. I guess I can do with out the bread ..........

well could I substitute it for Ezekiel Bread. What about organic Flour is that always a no no too.

Wow, girl, are you ever disciplined!

The bread and flour are to be avoided by those with gluten issues,

candida issues, and adrenal issues...which should pretty much cover

all of us!
