Looking forward to catching up.

Hopefully and Kylie will be able to drop by? (Siobhan will

be devasted if she doesn't see Kylie).

Hopefully Carmell too? This will be one big get-together!

See y'awl soon....

Hi Jacki,

How are all of you? I feel like I've dropped off the

face of the world!! I've been so busy and exhusted

the last month, I haven't been on the site for weeks!

We did find a new house that will be ours and no one

can tear down!! It's only about 10 minutes from where

we are now. We will still be in the one we're in now

'til the end of the year. We have some stuff we want

to change in the new house and don't want to be doing

and living there at the same time. We do plan on

visiting you and Siobhan and everyone else! What day

and time works the best for you? We don't want to

show up while your at Primary Children's. Kylie has

her appointment on the 10th. I'm not sure what to

expect! We'll let you know. She will have been in

this brace for a year on Nov.11th and she has not

progressed at all! Can you believe it?

Well let me know what time works best. I will be

checking my e-mails regularly now.

Hey

So GREAT to hear from you! I'll look forward to catching up " proper "

when we see you, and you can fill me in on how everything is going

for you all.

We arrive next Sunday, Nov. 13th, at 3:45 PM, so should be arriving

at Shriner's around 4:30 PM. Would Sunday work for you guys, as

Carmell is planning on visiting us for an early dinner (at

Shriner's) on Sunday? I believe both and Bert will be in town

by then? Correct me if I'm wrong gals??

If not, we will be there for the week - Our two trips to PCMC are

Nov. 15th at 1 PM, and Nov. 16th at 11 AM. We do have an appt. on

Monday morning, though not too sure what we'll do? Cut the cast off,

maybe x-rays, get measured up for the new brace....???

See ya soon.

Hugs

Jacki and Siobhan xxxx

Hi girls!

I read all your posts tonight in regards to advice on the coffee

enema's and detoxing. I appreaciate all your help! I see the colon

hyrotherapist next week, so I am going to wait and see her first

before I start anything. I'm going to ask her about all that you

ladies have recommended and see if I should do them along with her

treatment. Then I will go from there.

I think I will have to go back on the diet tomorrow. I have been off

the candida diet for four days now and my itching is coming back and

my mouth sores are back too and my sinus's have been on fire. I have

really noticed I'm still fatigued even off the diet and still

depressed. I figure at this point, no matter what I do.....I feel

crappy! BUT I did have some yummy pizza this weekend though! Dang it

was good!

I did go and have my massage with heat stones today. THIS IS WHAT

MAKES ME HAPPY! :) This man I see is awesome! OMG!! He noticed I

wasn't my chipper self today and asked me about it. I have been

seeing him for a while but never told him about my surgery. I told

him today and he was very sympathetic and understanding. He wants to

help me. He does a very differenet massage, he does it for mind, body

and soul for his clients. I am going to start seeing him again

weekly, it really helps with my depression. I'm so frustrated these

days and he helps me calm down. My daughter was gone all day with her

dad so I had my massage this morning and then took a nap and then a

detox bath with dead sea salts. I feel a bit better tonight. I had a

me day.....I liked it so much.....I think I'll have another one

tomorow too! :)

Thanks again ladies, I am in constant need these days of

encourgement. I so pray to have at least a glimse of feeling better.

Hope your all enjoying your weekend!

Hugs and prayers,

Cherie

Hi Cherie,

Oh, your day sounds wonderful. I am so happy that you opened up and

he will help you!

I am sorry you are depressed. I can relate. I have my blues days,

especially when I am feeling crappy. God bless you for being able to

do it with a child! I don't have kids and I can barely get through

somedays just taking care of me.

The diet is getting easier for me. I crave good foods now, I really

do. But sometimes I do break down and you are right - PIZZA is sooo

yummy!!

I am down to skin and bones. No sugar is a great diet but I can

really afford to lose too much weight.

The coffee enemas are great (unless you have flaring, raging

hemrrhoids). I felt much better right after, gives you lots of

energy but I am certain that has to do with the caffine in the

coffee.

I hope you get so more " me " time soon to relax and rest. The less

stress you have in your life, the faster healing. Sometimes much

easier said than done - I know - my job gets super stressful!

Oh, are remember to do your therapy sessions... that means checking

in here, even if it is just to vent! It helps, it really does. When

I am anxious I log on and feel better.

Love, Lynn

Cherie,I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling any better off the diet . .. but I'm happy to know you now understand the diet was helping . . . There's nothing about this mess that's easy . . . It starts in the head when we decide to get well, then becomes an exercise in commitment and patience.I just wish there was something we could do to make it easier.Hugs and prayers,Rogene

Rogene,

I was too whimpy to fast today, I'll admit it! I felt not just weak

but just plain awful by mid-morning. I had to eat. I see the

hydrotherapist next week, maybe I can fast after a treatment.

I must say that I feel a tiny...(and I mean tiny) bit more energy

today. I think it may have been the dead sea salt bath I had

yestereday afternoon. Can I do those nightly for maybe 15 minutes or

so? I'm so dang toxic, I would think it would help me. I feel so

plugged up!! The grip I've always had with this is trapped gas and

nothing will come out. I have at least 1 to 2 bowels a day but still

feel plugged in the lower abdomen. Let me know what you think. I

don't want to over due it.

Hugs,

Cherie

square meals a day, he would die. . . When he thought he was dying,

he went on a hunger strike, hoping to get it over with faster. . .

After several days, he realized he wasn't going to die without food

and went back to eating.

Cherie,The baths won't hurt . . . and, if they help you get the toxins out, so much the better . . . And, you'll feel better just for the baths! . . . I think you'll feel better after you are thoroughly cleaned out . . . by whatever means. That gas is coming from something . . . If you were blocked, you would have been in big trouble long ago. . . so that's not possible. I suspect your gut is reacting to something it doesn't like. . . Have you tried eliminating gluten COMPLETELY? One of my friends had ongoing problems for years - she was literally starving to death, while a bit overweight, because of Celiac disease. . . Once she got on a gluten free diet, she's come back to life. She's

also allergic to dairy products. She becomes violently ill very quickly if she eats just the tiniest amount of gluten. She will never be able to eat foods containing gluten again without getting sick. You may need to experiment with different foods . . . High on the list are eggs, dairy, peanuts, gluten, corn, shellfish . . . and some others I don't recall right now. PH can help you with the list. Journaling everything you eat/take is essential.Keep trying to figure this out . . . It's not easy . . . it's like solving a mystery . . . but the reward is well worth it! . .. You'll have your life back, even if you have to tolerate a few inconveniences.Hugs,Rogene

Hi Rogene,

No I haven't eliminated gluten. I have eliminated dairy/lactose and

yeast/sugar. I guess it's time to give this a try!

Thanks for the info!

Cherie,There's a strong genetic factor in Celiac Disease.Has anyone in your family had undiagnosed digestive problems? There's some thought that Celiac disease can contribute to Autism too. .. .do a websearch for "Celiac Autism".My friends son has Celiac too . . . My cousin learned that her life-long indigestion was Celiac disease only after one of her daughter's was diagnosed . . . another daughter was found to have it later.
