I did a warm water enema last night, one this morning and a coffee

enema this afternoon. I have been so constipated (nothing new).

Anyhow, tonight I have MAJOR hemrrhoids! They are internal but now

have prolapsed and piled up outside. Sorry, I realize this is nasty

and I am embarrassed talking about it but need advice!

I typically wouldn't be scared because I have had one before, but

there were seriously like at least 5 that came out all piled up. I

looked for photos on line and it looks like Level 4 hemrrhoids, that

have piled up and came out.

Ok, they are throbbing, like no blood is getting to them. Gosh this

is embarassing! I used KY and put them back up in there, it was

rough. Now I am pinching my butt cheeks together to make sure they

don't come back out but I am in SOOOO much pain.

Any advice? Am I freaking out for no reason. I about died when I

looked in the mirror, looked like my intestines were hanging out or

something. This all happened after my enemas. Geez! I can not deal

with another surgery.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
