Guest guest
Listmembers: Alan Black was Noah's one-on-one aide at school this past year. He really "gets" autism, has loads of patience and is very smart and likable. I recommend him highly. Hello, my name is Alan Black. I have more than 7 years experience working with autistic children ranging from elementary through high school grades in public education, as well as two years in a private summer camp program. Some positions I have held include Substitute Teacher, Teacher Assistant ESE, and Assistant to the Reading Specialist. My current position during the school year is Teacher Assistant ESE Unique Aide in a public high school setting with an inclusion student working on a standard diploma program. I am trained in crisis management and seizure episodes; including administering Diastat Acudial Gel injection. Recently, I completed an alternative certification program through Broward Schools and FAU Teaching Leadership Center, and soon I will earn certification for Mathematics Grades 6-12; as well as Elementary Education Grades K-5. Beginning on June 21, 2010, I will be available for the summer session for full-time employment to assist, shadow, or tutor students. I offer reasonable rates. For more information, please contact Alan Black at or misterbee6900@..., and thank-you for your support.
