Guest guest
We thought about the colors but decided to go with flesh colored BTE aids and clear molds to start. I have looked for the " sweat covers " on line and found those come in nice colors. I think they would be a good way for kids to experiment with colors without making a 3 to 5 year committment. They do not look compatible with his FM boot though. Anyone have experience with these? Are they " user friendly " ? I have also seen " designer " cover at www.earwearinc.com. Corn on the cob, bat wings, fish, marbled, etc. Kind of fun. I really like the swirling ear molds (neon colors) I saw in a magazine the other day. I have found that the part of the ear mold that goes into the ear cannal is becoming discolored. Does this only happen with the clear molds? How do you get it out? One more reason to get colors next time. Glow in the dark would be way cool!

Guest guest
My daughter le will be 4 in September, and we have flesh colored hearing aids and have always had flesh colored molds made up until this last set. Her audie asked me if we still wanted flesh hyper allergenic molds or we wanted to go with a color, I was very unsure of making this decision, but le made it for me. When the audie said the word color her response " was my favorite color is purple " , so now we have purple ear molds, and she loves them and is very proud of them. However, she doesn't understand that she doesn't have to pull them out to show someone that she has purple molds yet. " lol " . So now she is pulling them out for only and minute, and says see my purple earmolds, " okay mommy put them back in " ! She is so proud of them, it makes me laugh. Take Care Colleen Mom to 7 year old (hearing, asthma, and allergies,) Mom to le 3 year old, (moderately-severe hearing loss, etc) ..
