I have had both hips and both knees replaced, with reasonable success. Now they have a brand newtruly "total knee replacement," which is truly whatit claims to be. At least you have learned how to improvise with the scarves. I have a friend who had knee replacement surgery several times (they failed). She likes to ride a 4 wheeler but can't get her leg up and over. So she uses and old bicycle inner tube and lifts her leg with that. Where there's a will, hopefully there's a way.love to you, ann. i doing ok I guess. I have a lot of trouble rolling over at nights. my leg gets so flat and heavy. I tie scarfs around them so I can pull them with me.

still getting pt. now my chair is in the shop. i have this bad loaner.

my fall

I fell this morning in the laundry room and goobered up my right knee. That's the knee that already hurts so at least it's not something new, right? lol Some mild bruising to my knee and my toes on the same side. Now my right hand and fingers are hurting a little and are stiffening up too. The funny thing was when I fell all six dogs were following me so closely I fell on several of them. I got up and made it to a kitchen chair. All the dogs gathered around me, very excited and checking me out.

Well, the fall wasn't that bad--it could certainly have been way worse:) hugs to all
