This helps along with the coffee enemas and sometimes I use organic coconut oil . I agree with Rogene....Probiotics...Probiotics...Probiotics and eat them too. I have Primal Defense which I take 4 in the morning and 4 at night . I also have Kefir plain that I drink all thoroughout the day too. Fix your meals with cottage cheeses, sour cream or glass of kefir with your meal. I buy organic so that I am not putting the chemicals back into my body also.
