Unless I'm taking meds that cause symtpoms, I tend to interpret any uncomfortable sensations as signs that my body wants me to eat differently (less, more, different foods, different times, etc.). Any one of those ingredients may not bother me, but eating a whole box of candy which contained all 3 of those ingredients would trigger reflux for me.
