Guest guest
Rogene ~ Ya, it was kinda disappointing to have no answers, or at least a plan. I am more worried about the stomach malignancy issue than the lung right now, especially since he told me the lung issue would probably be a metastisized cancer from the stomach or even the breasts. The exact words on the pet scan were, There is prominent tracer activity within the GE junction with a maximun SUV of 4.14 This is suggestive of malignancy until proven otherwise, unless it is a significant degree of gastritis. If I didnt have 7 of the 8 symptoms, I also wouldnt be uneasy about it. Also, I do already have a cough that is off and on all day, and thru the night, but I will not take medicine for it. It sounds scarey and very odd, but it will only last for a few seconds and may not happen again til much later in the day, and I will NOT medicate the cough ! I also have other cancer symptoms like skin changes and extreme fatigue, and bloody noses and nausia most of the time, as well as gut bloating, and not just alittle. So, I just dont know.........I dont want to be a hypo-chondriac, nor do I want to miss something that could be handled right now rather than unmanageable later. As you see, I am very mixed right now and will wait to see what my gastro man says. Since the endoscope was 16 months ago, could there be something there now that wasnt there back then?????? I know with Dads lymphoma, in July there was no tumor and in october there was one the size of a grapefruit.........OK, I gotta hand it over to God now........... Love you ! ! !
