Hi ,

Welcome to the group! Think you'll find a lot of support and encouragement in this group. One of the great things is the more experienced intuitive eaters are so helpful and freely share their experiences.

I can certainly understand the desire for a more balanced life and eating in a 'normal' way, and just ending the dieting craziness. I've been on my own journey for about five months now. In that time and in listening to my body's hunger and satiety signals, I'm still able to get into the same jeans I wore five months ago. With my history, that is really a change! But the best part is really how much more calm and peaceful I feel now in my head! Granted, this process can sometimes be challenging but it is so worth it!

Hello .

I am also new here. I was signed up with WW until last week . . . I just started

to learn how to eat mindfully and was going to the meetings for weigh in and

support but eventually found the meetings were supporting the IE approach - I

think it was the people in the particular meeting tho. I decided to really try

this IE and learn how to make it integral into my life by helping me listen to

my body - to help with weight but also stress.

community to help me learn this new process.
