Guest guest
Government is just not the answer to our ills....we know that based on what they already do....they are corrupt, their policies only benefit the rich, and many people are enabled to be lazy! NO THANK YOU!! Patty > > >The Snopes article doesn't actually address Hillary's policy. It > >just > >talks about Canadian's health care plan, which is " similar " to > >Hillary's. Guest guest
The answer is to make health care affordable for everyone. Ford did it with automobiles, it happened with calculators, televisions, VHS players, computers, housing, everything that people are willing to pay for in order to have at a reasonable cost with reasonable expectations of benefit. Right now with health care, we have neither. In fact, we pay through the nose for terrible health care. Getting the government involved will not do anything to improve the situation, it will only gum up the works. The government doesn't do ANYTHING efficiently. We had a workman's comp claim that was denied because some of our employees got into a physical fight. One of them had had heart surgery years ago, so when the cops came, they made him get into an ambulance and go to the hospital. It was not an emergency situation at all. They did a few tests and he went home just fine, came to work the next day just fine. The bill for the ambulance and hospital services came to over $3700! Can you believe that? And everyone is standing around wondering who is going to pay for it. Workers comp won't. The employees won't. Why should we, when it wasn't a work- related incident? That's alot of money for nothing when we aren't even taking a full salary. So who is left holding the bag? At this point, the bill remains unpaid, yet in our business name. Even if the employee had insurance to cover it, is $3700 justifiable? Hardly, in my opinion! I object to paying for health care because it is so out of sight expensive, I will do anything I can to AVOID going. I may need care, but if I can get by without, I will. and in fact, I think I'd be better off. Doctors kill people. Health insurance should be provided for catastrophic care. Otherwise, health care costs should be within reach for everyone who needs to go. An appointment to see a doctor should not cost more than $50. And government just isn't going to get us there, unless they can force every aspect of providing that care to do so within limits. I have no answers. I just know what I wish it would be. Guest guest
The problem is not in paying the price. The problem is the price to begin with. Guest guest
The only way to make health care available to all is to make it affordable for all. Otherwise you have a monopoly of the rich over the poor, the powerful over the weak, forever. Prices need to come down, we don't need to find ways to keep paying the higher and higher prices. If we keep going this way, the only things in life people will be paying for in their old age (and before) is a place to live, food to eat and out of control health care. The other thing is to make sure the people understand what options they have when they are sick, and that they are NOT always at the mercy of the doctors with the white coats. Of course, that is what they want you to believe. Organized medicine wants you to be brainwashed into believing that theirs is the only scientific, credible way to get better or you will die. Their tactics are classic of tyranny. But it is not true. Cancer can be cured without chemotherapy and radiation and surgery. It's been done thousands of times. You don't have to live in fear because of the tactics of the doctors to do things THEIR way because there's lots of money in it for them. Can you imagine an America where Dr. Gerson's cancer cure had been accepted? Where people didn't have to pay thousands of dollars for chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and hospitals, but rather learn the therapy at home using fruits, vegetables, juicers, and the other protocol supplements? Can you imagine where health care was affordable and available to all because it was reasonable in cost, doctors were compassionate and helpful, rather than greedy and arrogant living in this artificial world of power they have created for themselves? I can. It would be much better than we have now, but we will never see it, not in this country. NEVER. There is too much at stake because of the path we've been on. Too far gone to turn it around now for the masses. The only way is for people to become educated about their own health, take charge of their own therapies as much as possible with natural healing, correct diet and detoxing, and know how they want to approach a catastrophic illness if it hits. I already know if I ever get cancer, Gerson's it for me. I don't need the government's help on that one--they only need to just stay out of my way.
