Hi Lynn,

I think the weather has been good here for February. It will be

better in Hawaii. I will love it and the further I can get from all

I have been going through, the better I will like it.

I think it will be just the thing for my mental health. I hope that

you are doing well and that you quit worrying about all those blood

tests. I had really bad ones for years and they got better.

I had the exact same thing, had to wear gloves sometimes. No cold

water, gloves always when I went out. Just keep detoxing.

I actually wore gloves this morning at work while typing - my

coworkers were making fun of me. I just kept saying I was cold.

Lynn, I had to take a Percocet because my leg was so painful. I would not be able to sit here without it.

Honey, I have a new symptom. The last few days I am freezing, and this is not normal for me. My worst symptom that made everyone uncomfortable was that I was too hot. My weight is dropping, and I have not changed my diet!

How are you doing, because you seem to be having quite a few health problems? Please try to rest more if you can, because this really works for me. I hope that the people who you work with could learn to be kind to you. You need a lot of nurturing and love to get well. I am happy that your tooth is getting better.

Oh Lea, I am so sorry you have so much pain.

I am freezing too, all of the time. I am now down to 124 lbs and

keep losing. Makes me very nervous. I am thinking mine all could be

related to my thyroid.

Gosh, I wish I could sleep. I just can't. I have horrible

insomnia. I seem to be on a pretty bad down cycle.
