Guest guest
While I was bathing my boys tonight, I notied I was once again having some leg pain. I do not really know exactly how to describe it but it feels like a burning sensation when I kneel down for awhile and then stand up. My knees and ankles in general have been achey. It has gotten really cold here the past couple of days and I thought that had saomething to do with it. My wrist are also achy but I notice it the most after I stand up and it is mostly behind my knee where my leg bends and down the back of my leg. Any idea as to what may be going on and what to do to try to find comfort??? My wrist do not bother me as bad as my legs and some times it feels musular but other times, it feels like it is more my joints or even circulation. It is hard to describe. My wrist ache more like it is joint related or even immflamed. I was at the sotre today cheking out supplements and found what seems to be a good combo pill for the calcium/vitamin D/mag. and also a combo of vitamin C and echinea. Has anyone ever tried St. s Wart for a better mood? I also am looking for something to help boost my metabolism. I did not seem to find anything for that, although, I am not real sure what I am even looking for. I also found Milk Thisle which I know has been highly recommended for liver support. Also, for the supplements, I am looking for a good multi-vitamin for my son. He is 3 1/2. I noticed one that looked really good and even had the Choline in it. However, in big red print it saids that it contains " phenylalanine " . I wrote it down and looked it up when I got home. It does not look like something I want to be giving my son. I figured it was a warning wince it was in big, bold red print. Any suggestions on good multi's for him??? He is very healthy but I am sure he could benefit from multi's.
