They love the breads they get.The flour you buy in the store has been treated to retard spoilage. . . Freshly ground flour will go rancid in a very short time!I hate to think how many chemicals we're eating unknowingly!I'm looking at the flour mill used with a Kitchen Aid stand mixer.
