Alkaline Balance Tip - Water Up

Here is your next pH balancing tip:

Drink plenty of water.

Sure you've heard this one before, one popular health guru offers the following recommendation:

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.

For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, half of that number is 75, so that means 75 ounces of water per day.

Be sure to consume filtered, purified or distilled water. Tap water in most places is not good.

Replacing other beverages like sodas, coffee, tea and so on with water will help move you into the alkaline range.
