That was fascinating. I've read articles by Mark London before-- he is a science prof with fibromyalgia who goes to great lengths to research what helps and what does not. He wrote an article debunking guaifenesin, a very popular guai treatment. Thanks for linking this.

Excuse me while I go take some magnesium. . .
