Hi n,

Welcome from one WW vet to another! Glad you're here! Personally, I think it is okay to do what makes you feel comfortable and works for you, like the feeling journal and tracking hunger signals. Guess it becomes problematic when it becomes a rule though. Remember all those rules and shoulds with WW? Yuck! I really loved your comment, "Just trying to be gentle with myself as I take on this journey."

Looking forward to reading more from you and how your progress on the eating when hungry and the social "lunch and dinner hour" is coming. Good luck!
