Guest guest
It really hasn't slowed down. I mean it has some. I've lost 4 pounds on phase 2 so far and i'm on my 6th day of that. > > That was without exercise, but it also included the first two weeks' > water loss. The rest of your time on SBD won't include that, so weight > loss should slow down. > > ann > > > > I lost 23 pounds so far on the south beach diet. > > > That was without > > > exercise. Guest guest
My hubby says exercising will actually start making me more awake instead of tired like i am now i can't wait for that. There's no I could ever get up that earlier. Shoot I have trouble getting up before noon lol. I read somewhere that if you eat breakfast before you exercise then it burns up that instead of stored fat which makes you hungrier and more tired. I forget where I read that though. I'll have to find it. Oh well no matter when I exercise at least I'm doing it lol. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > --- , I hate to rain on your > > > > parade > > > > > > with > > > > > > > > > shorts weather > > > > > > > > > coming, > > > > > > > > > > but that cannot happen. 44 pounds > > can > > > > NOT be > > > > > > lost > > > > > > > > > in 4 weeks or 6 > > > > > > > > > > weeks or 8 week or...on and on and > > on. > > > > > > > > > > Its not fair to your body to > > set > > > > > > yourself up > > > > > > > > > for that type of > > > > > > > > > > dissapointment. 1/2 to 2 pounds a wk > > is > > > > all > > > > > > the > > > > > > > > > FAT @3500 CALORIES > > > > > > > > > PER > > > > > > > > > > POUND, your body can burn, it just > > can't > > > > > > happen > > > > > > > > > any faster without > > > > > > > > > > using muscle tissue. > > > > > > > > > > Any time you see on TV that the > > > > > > 'contestants' > > > > > > > > > have lost alot of > > > > > > > > > > weight is when they spend SEVERAL > > hours > > > > a > > > > > > day in a > > > > > > > > > gym, working > > > > > > > > > out w/ > > > > > > > > > > professional trainers that work them > > to > > > > > > within an > > > > > > > > > inch of their > > > > > > > > > lives, > > > > > > > > > > they are fed strict diets made for > > them > > > > by > > > > > > > > > Dietitians, and are > > > > > > > > > under a > > > > > > > > > > doctors supervision at all times. > > Then > > > > its > > > > > > NEVER > > > > > > > > > the girls who lose > > > > > > > > > > that drastically, we are just not > > > > > > genetically made > > > > > > > > > to drop that > > > > > > > > > kind > > > > > > > > > > of weight, baby carrying creatures > > that > > > > we > > > > > > are. > > > > > > > > > Our hormones will > > > > > > > > > not > > > > > > > > > > allow it. > > > > > > > > > > Please try to get into the > > 'slow > > > > and > > > > > > steady > > > > > > > > > wins the race' > > > > > > > > > > mindset that we all try to adopt as > > > > healthy. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Kay > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > D > > > > > > > > Presently: 110 lbs and 5 feet 4 inches > > tall > > > > > > > > Current Field Of Study: Medical > > Treatment > > > > for > > > > > > Weight > > > > > > > Loss " Bariatrics " > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > __________________________________________________ > > > > > > > >
