Guest guest
Ab is an abbreviation for antibody & only demonstrates previous infection. You need to measure antigen to demonstrate current infection. Regards Noel Prof. Noel P O Box 137 Parkville VIC 3052 Australia Mobile 0412 994 001 International 61 412 994 001 Email noelc@... Does anyone have any advice from you experience as to what my test results truly do say. I had a .08 on the capsid ab (igm) a 6.42 on the capsid ab (igg) and a 3.12 on the ebna ab (igg). The first test was negative and the other two were positive.
Guest guest
Noel, Thank you for your respose but you have still left me confused. I have many bouts of fibromyalgia along with cf. I was first diagnosed with mercury toxicity through urine provacative dmps. My test result was 109 (normis0-5) and high levels of lead . I see a wholistic doctor who tested me with blood microscopy along with thermal screening and now has told me he see signs of the epstein barr virus and suggest I do ozone treatments. I trust him in his diagnosis but wanted a confirmation through a blood test. Another holistic doctor I see who will do the ozone therapy sent me for the ab blood test and said since my ebna ab (igg) was elevated it showed recent infection. I trust these alternative doctors but wonder if I need to go to the expence of ozone therapywithout a more definitive answer. In the back of my head I think it may be that blood tests do not fully pick up what is going on at the cellular level and that since mercury is a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses it might make more sence to try to detox all possible hidden agents. By the way I've more or less completed my mercury detox and show acceptable levels. Is it at all reasonable to expect complete elimination of the epstein -barr virus through ozone treatments and do you think my profile calls for it. I'm also seeing a accupuncturist from china. What do you know of using this method along with traditional chinese medicine to build the immune system and get rid of the epstein barr. Do you think a well qualified accupuncturist who spent 40 practicing chinese medicine we be a good way to go? epstein-barr I just got the results of my blood test and have gotten two different interpretation of what the numbers mean.My gp says the test does not show active virus yet my alternative doctor says it does.
