Hi Caroline,

I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with explant. It

is so sad...but it happens. How long have you been explanted?

Did you go to someone locally?

I just wanted to make sure...I think you are encouraging the women to

use a recommended doctor, right? Maybe you meant to include the

word, " enough " at the end....we often have made mistakes in our

typing on the group! It's okay! I just wanted to make sure.

You are right...it's just much better to go to someone who we've been

able to trust and recommend based on the experiences of many other

women. The list is so helpful in that regard. It's a shame that we

have to be put through this horrible ordeal of searching good plastic

surgeons out in the first place. They should ALL be trained in proper

explant! Oh, here I go getting all incensed again about these crazy

doctors! Grrr!!!!

Caroline, thanks for your post. I'm sorry for what you've been

through. I'm sure it's been traumatic. But put things in

perspective and remember that your worth is far more than rubies and

gold OR boobs! Just remember you are so loved!
