Guest guest
PH,I'd recommend, Clear Body, Clear Mind, L. Ron Hubbard, to anyone considering any form of sweat therapy. , , ,Then do a search for "FAR infrared therapy" . . . I modified Hubbard's program and used a hot tub. . . If I had known how much good it would do, I would have planned better. One really needs to be supervised during a program like this. . . One reaches the point where one cannot make good decisions for oneself. . . Toxins are raging, looking for a way out!. . And, taking additional vitamins is essential!I use my sauna about once a week now. . . My goal is to have a really good sweat. Sometimes I can't get there in just 30 minutes, so I keep increasing the time until I do. . ..Still, if one feels like they can't take any more, they need to stop immediately! Anytime one is trying a new therapy, I'd recommend starting slowly so you can understand how your body reacts. . . Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
Hi Rogene, Thanks for the info. I just ordered Hubbard's book new for $1.49! I love bargains! Sorry I've been away from the SK forum. This last cycle of FCT was really rough and as part of the protocol I have to limit my time on the computer. I will definitely contribute as I can. I start my 3rd cycle today and have to avoid emfs for the next 5 days. I plan to post on Sun. Hope your recent travels were enjoyable and that you're feeling well.
