Guest guest
Wow, Vicki, you eat so little!! I don't know if I'd be able to do that. Today I decided to have 2 pcs. of Weight Watchers bread (less calories and fat than the SlimFast shake, believe it or not) and I may have the shake for lunch. I have to have my larger meal at supper time, due to hubby and kids but I don't mind because we always eat by 5:00 (although this will probably change when hubby starts work). I've been drinking lots of water (thus, peeing lots as well) so that's good. Yes, we have a WalMart here. I'll have to look for that Equate stuff. Much cheaper. I'll also have to check out that website you posted before....I kept it, I think. It's so hot here again today. Staying indoors in the A/C and fan. Ahhhhh....... Have a great Saturday, everyone.
