Guest guest
What was your " high " and your " low " with intuitive eating today? My high was ordering a smaller size sandwich that my body could eat and enjoy and not feel overstuffed later on. It was a pretty good match for me. My low was eating all of my onion rings even though I did not like them at all. Not really a " low " persay, as it is just another experience to tuck under my IE belt. Guest guest
I can't really think of a high except that I didn't eat anything when I wasn't hungry. I guess the low was that I wasn't paying as much attention to what I ate as I should have. Sohni tripp4thgrade wrote: What was your "high" and your "low" with intuitive eating today?
