You can FAR infrared saunas daily, if you like . . . You'll find out quickly how frequently your body likes! . . .

If you get the feeling you must get out, get out . . . They should make you feel great. Just drink plenty of water and don't push past your comfort zone.

Thanks Rogene! The problem is the cost of the one I found locally is $75.00 a

session which obviously I cannot afford on a daily basis. So my real question

is are there benefits to doing it periodically like once a month or so or is it

not worth it if it is not frequent enough? Thanks,

Asley . . .

Check into buying at least a portable sauna . . . the kind you sit in, with your head sticking out. . . It's ever so much more convenient to do at home . . . and far less expensive.

You can find them online. Some of our ladies have bought them off ebay for less than $500.

A monthy treatment may help at little, but if you're serious about detoxing, you need much more.
