I am so sorry to hear about the challenges you are experiencing right now. Sometimes we just need to FEEL our feelings, not try to "handle" them, "deal" with them, or "fix" them. Maybe you just need to be sad for a while. This can be uncomforable at first but it eventually will process through and then instead of having to deal with avoiding the feeling and eating over it and the repercussions of that and then still having the feeling, you only have to have the feeling. Stay present, regardless of how uncomfortable it is and you will learn something about yourself. Blessings, Tana
