Guest guest
Thanks for the thoughts, and Dawn! You are both right, and at least, for this morning, I feel much more " in control " of what's going on. I mean that in terms of listening to my body. I feel much calmer. And, in doing so, am aware of not being hungry yet (last night's food has stayed with me!). However, I already know that when the hunger hits (and I feel it coming) I want some boiled potatoes and corn on the cob. Not a typical breakfast, but it is also past 10 am and it just sounds good to me! Thanks again!Sue Sue, This is only a bump in the road. If you look at the situation as one day at a time then tomorrow and yesterday aren't important. You will have good and bad days but you will get there one day at a time. For me it is too overwhelming to think beyond that. Take care of your mom but don't forget to take care of yourself as you are important too! -- Sue on FritzCheck out my blogs at: http://alifeofbooks.blogspot.com/http://suesresearch.blogspot.com http://suesretirementmusings.blogspot.com/Check out my books on Goodreads: <
