Hi Patty, I think things are sorted its been a very odd few months, I wasnt getting anything Rogene thinks someone messed with my account.

To be honest Patty I am only doing a very strict diet, I am not taking anything else only probiotics.

My neck and shoulder pain is much better not sure why, this means I am having some relief from the dizzyness which for me is the best.

I am by no \means normal but without the dizziness I am more than happy to live like that.
