It is on both sides, there was even something about it on my pet scan. It used to be only under the ears by the jaw line, both lymph nodes there about an inch to inch and a half big, now it is in several areas of my whole neck. My oncologist said something about it might be the saliva glands and we didnt really cover it much yet. I will be curious as to what they tell you. It's always worse if I am stressed or tired too. a Pain in Neck (front) This is kinda off topic, but I was curious to know if anyone else hashad this symptom. I've had a strange pain develop in my neck (front)sort of under my jaw line. It is a very strange, achy, fatigue-likepain. It is worse when I am stressed, tired, or after a littleexercise. I don't know if it is my lymph nodes or what. I think I know what you mean. Ive had this feeling lately.
