Well, I have to admit, I drank about 3 cups of

coffee today, and my blood pressure is 87/66.

and I am lethargic..........

Dede- I am feeling MUCH better. After that bad week I had....I

stopped drinking coffee completely, starting eating more fruits and

veggies (huge salads every day with lots of yummy veggies,) my ND put

me on a higher dosage of my homeopathic remedy and put me on B12. I

can't tell you what just those little changes made im my fatigue.

Worlds of a difference!

My fatigue is better, my digestion is better, my blood pressure is

stabilized, the cough and tightness in my lungs is gone (oh I got a

new inhaler too, my doc said I was suffering from major asthma...I

couldn't breathe for an entire year, which was making me tired,)and

my pH is out of the VERY ACIDIC zone.

I think I am getting better...knock on wood...I don't want to jinx

anything, but hopefully this is a good sign.
