Have you tried Reiki? Sounds as if you might have a blockage in one

of the Chakra's & Reiki will balance and open them. I have been

I used to have cluster headaches many years ago and I SO wish for

you relief! Mine stopped. I have made many lifetyle changes, and who

I get bad headaches also, so I sympathize. I will send healing

energy with this email, but also a couple of ideas that help me when

I get a headache. But first, meditate and relax, and close your eyes

and imagine you are in your favorite peaceful place. Feel the

healing energy spreading over you, and warm loving hands touching

your face with concern for your wellbeing.

Sometimes, a little pressure helps, and if I were there healing you

in person I would use a little accupressure to help ease your pain.

There is a place in the back of the neck, at the base of the skull,

an indentation. Press this spot for a minute, and it helps some

headache pain. Another idea is to put your hands on each side of

your head outstretched. Place your thumbs on the muscles on the back

of the neck, and the fingers toward the front of the head.

Accupressure helps the muscles relax and frequently helps a bit with

my headaches. I am sure you have tried putting hot cloths or pads on

your forehead and over your eyes, that helps me a lot.

I hope your headache is fading as you read this, I am sending warm,
